Bayston Hill has been thereabouts since winning here in May and Ban Shoof went close over track and trip when last racing at this venue. Spanish History showed some improvement for a slide down the weights when placed at Bath recently while Keswick slips further down the handicap and posted a better effort at Chester last time. But STAUNCH has the most scope of these and having only his second start in a handicap today, a chance is taken Jeremy Noseda’s charge stays the longer trip and comes out best.
