In depth

Verdict

Kiwano made all in a three-runner affair over track and trip when beating Tone The Barone. But he may get taken on for the lead today by Arecibo, who will be sharper for a recent comeback and that could play into the hands of BADRI (NAP). Ruth Carr’s charge has returned to the fray in fine fettle and completed a double at Newcastle with last week’s success. Billy Loughnane’s claim allows him to effectively race off a lower mark today so he gets the vote. The remainder all return from lay-offs with Live In The Dream preferred.
