In depth

Verdict

Corridor Sun is given the vote to follow on form his recent Warwick victory at the expense of Double Dash and Just Beware. The selection landed a juvenile hurdle on the third time of asking last month and runs in his first handicap off a mark of 110. His stable have continued to produce winners throughout the winter months and with conditions in his favour he is the one horse in the race to stay on the right side of. Top weight Double Dash was a highly thought of bumper horse and was beaten by the highly thought of Phidippides on his hurdles debut at Ludlow. He was slightly disappointing at Towcester on his latest outing and with eleven stone twelve to catty here life will be tough. Just Beware is very consistent but also very frustrating in the fact that he rarely gets his head in front. His strike rate of two wins from sixty six runs speaks for itself, but that said he is sure to be picking up some place prize money along the way. Corredor Sun looks potentially well handicapped and is difficult to oppose.
