    Verdict

Kosmos Bleu can give weight away all round, with Myson the one to chase him home as Fantasmic has an absence to overcome. Kosmos Bleu should be able to dominate things in this small field, and Robert Alner's six-year-old should be capable of following up what in truth was a rather fortunate victory on his chase debut at Newton Abbot three weeks ago. He was held in second when the leader came down two out, but gets a chance here to give weight to some equally moderate opponents rather than take on better company off a lighter weight. Myson is something of a Folkestone regular who shaped well at the Kent track when third on his reappearance. The drop back in trip today should help, and he can give the selection most to do. Brigadier du Bois needed his run at Warwick where he was the only one to give Bearaway a race, and he too can only improve. Fantasmic has been sidelined for sometime and is best watched, so Kosmos Bleu, fortunate last time, can make his own luck here.
