With no form to go on the market should provide the clues over the outcome of this maiden, but Beckhenham's Secret gets the vote with Catweasel, Our Blessing and Hephaestus the most likely dangers. The selection is well-bred and although he may prove better over slightly further in time, he does hail from a stable who have to be respected in these type of events and if the market vibes are positive then he may well be good enough to lead them home from a favourable draw. Catweasel looks the part on breeding and this colt is another to consider from a reasonable draw, while Our Blessing is related to 2-year-old 5f winners and is another that has to enter calculations. Hephaestus is not without a chance although Mick Channon's runners of late have been a little disappointing so he may not be forward enough to win this at present. A fascinating maiden this with the narrow vote given to Beckhenham's Secret, although Our Blessing could give him plenty to think about.
