Master The World won last year’s renewal though faced nothing of the calibre of WISSAHICKON. Clear at the weights, John Gosden’s progressive charge has added a couple of Listed wins over track and trip since landing the Cambridgeshire last year and this prize looks his for the taking. Big Country has found the latter too good the last twice now and was also beaten by Master The World here in November while Chiefofchiefs was easily beaten by the selection earlier in the month along with Court House. A Listed and Group 3 winner in the past, Hathal won a decent conditions race at Wolverhampton recently and is weighted to beat the smart handicapper Pactolus.
