Chrissycross went close at Southwell last time but was placed at this track earlier and can figure. Understory is only 1lb higher than scoring over course and distance back in May and is another to consider while Silver Lace is not easily dismissed having won over a mile at Kempton last month. But MIGUEL GRAU won doing handstands on his return to action in a maiden race at Wolverhampton. Roger Varian's charge looks set to make up for lost time now he's got his head in front and can follow-up.
