      Verdict

      Brenin Taran showed he retained ability when third over 6f here on his recent return from a lengthy lay-off and is not out of this, while Drawnfromthepast arrives on the back of a double in plating company after scoring at Southwell last time and is another with solid claims. However, MOTTLEY CREWE has been going close in decent sprints over the winter but, despite looking high enough in the weights for handicaps nowadays, Richard Guest's charge gets the nod dropping down to this level. Decider and Forty Proof will find life tough against today's opposition and are had to fancy.
