        Verdict

        This is a very open event to start proceedings, Easter Ogil, Sriology, Super Dominion and Mr Twins all have claims and we will take a chance on the first named. Jane Southcombe's ten-year-old returned to form over the mile trip here last time finishing an excellent third behind Ballygriffin Kid. The extra couple of furlongs will not be a problem and he should go close against this slightly weaker opposition. Mr Twins was a decent performer in Spain and will have learnt a lot from his recent British debut run here earlier this month. Meanwhile Sriology has similar claims to the selection having finished a close up third to Glendale over course and distance last time. Super Dominion has a bit to find with Sriology on latest running but Reg Hollinshead's runner had shown better form previous visits here and can go well if in the right mood. Senor Eduardo should also be added to the shortlist, but Easter Ogil can defy the advancing years and take the honours.
