Verdict

MILROW has obvious claims after finishing runner-up to a subsequent handicap winner in a Chelmsford maiden race. Rated 79 after that effort, Martyn Meade's colt has the beating of Canford Crossing and Cat Royale on these terms. Muaither finished a modest third over track and trip on his recent debut but improvement is expected from him while Barton Lodge is related to a couple of Listed winners and makes more appeal than The Magic Pencil and Our Little Sister of the newcomers.
