In depth

Verdict

Freedom And Wheat has won four times on the all-weather since August and bids for a hat-trick under a penalty. Giuseppe Cassioli has gone close since scoring over track and trip in October but Roller is upped in class after finishing second at Wolverhampton. Buckingham was placed yet again when third over track and trip having earlier finished behind LIGHT UP OUR STARS at Chelmsford and, after running well in a higher grade at Kempton last time, the latter gets another chance back at this level. Double Reflection and Kodiac Harbour have both been thereabouts over 1m2 recently.
