In depth

Verdict

A tight contest on official ratings but MOTAWAAJED has the most scope. He went close to defying a penalty when runner-up in novice company at Thirsk and a bold bid is expected from the Haggas charge. Fellow three-year-old Royal Pleasure faced a tough task in the Britannia at Ascot last time and can figure in this while Lethal Lunch should appreciate the return to today’s trip after struggling over 6f. Dutch Decoy is back on Turf for the first time this year and is preferred to Magical Wish.
