Red Law got off the mark over fences when beating Mad Professor at Huntingdon last week and makes a quick reappearance. He'll need to improve again under a penalty but this track will suit and he should go close. Whatcanisay advertised his claims with a close-up second at Folkestone in January and Towcester winner Karasakal is not without a chance if proving suited by today's extra distance, but the vote goes to GORING ONE. He caught the eye staying on well to take the runners-up spot behind Betty Browneyes over 2m at Folkestone last time and today's longer trip can see Anna Newton-Smith's gelding go one better.
