        Verdict

        LETHAL BLAST looked to have plenty in hand when completing a double on the Polytrack here 10 days ago so a 5lb penalty shouldn't prevent a hat-trick. Hey Ho Let's Go, who also completed a double here in March, was beaten almost five lengths by the selection last time and looks held as does Starchant, who was a couple of lengths further behind. Scale Force has been running in slightly better company since scoring at Wolverhampton and his rider's claim puts him in the frame while Buy Me Back has already won twice this year and didn't appear suited by the slow surface at Newcastle when last seen in February.
