      Verdict

Wodhill Be returned to winning ways in good style last time and should make a bold bid to follow up, however we will give the vote to Tuscan Treaty, with Ballare also expected to run well. The selection has also hit a rich vein of form, winning a nine furlong event at Wolverhampton, before chasing home Successor here last week. She gave away a lot of ground at the start so under the circumstances did well to reach the frame. If she gets away on terms today she could be hard to beat. Wodhill Be landed a modest Southwell event last week in game fashion. She does have to give weight away this afternoon which may prove a difficult task, but she should still be involved in the finish. Ballare has been running well on the continent and does have solid form here in the past, he could be worth an each-way punt. The pick of the others could be Margaret's Dream, but for the winner we will side with Tuscan Treaty.
