SHERDAT will likely prove popular in this having finished third at Chelmsford on last month’s debut. Breeding suggests Roger Varian’s filly will improve for this longer trip and she looks the one to beat on what little today’s opposition have shown so far. Intimidator was not beaten far on her debut back in 2014 but was tailed off on her recent reappearance and Jam Session runs in this code for the first time having won a bumper over 1m5f at Doncaster in December. Subordinate was a well beaten third at Wolverhampton last month and the remainder are even harder to fancy.
