    Verdict

There is little to choose on official BHA ratings between Richard Hannon's BOLKO PAK and Jim Boyle's Takeaway but the former is marginally better in than if this was a handicap and gets the vote to go one better than in a similar contest at Wolverhampton last week. Jim Boyle's gelding has been running well in claimers at Wolverhampton and Kempton of late and makes much more appeal than Willie Musson's lightly raced Arctic Maiden, who needs to improve on the form shown in her two outings so far. Stan Moore's Sir Lunchalott is capable but looks booked for a place at best, while Paul Cole's Melancholy Hill has shown little sign of ability in three runs to date.
