Hawkeyethenoo has run some cracking races at the highest level and is arguably the pick of the weights in this. But he's never won outside of handicap company and this will be his first run on the all-weather for more than four years. Hitchens won this in 2010 and has been successful at Group 3 and Listed level on Turf this year. He has to concede weight all round but shouldn't be far away again. Take Cover has been running well in handicaps this year but the fact that he goes so well on Fibresand casts doubts on whether he'll act on this surface. HOODNA has won twice over this trip at Kempton and can be forgiven her latest run at Ascot, where she blew the start. The Godolphin filly could be a bit of value here and gets the nod, though last year's winner Ballista is drawn well enough to play a big part once again.
