Limerick Lord is best at Southwell but managed to win a lowly Class 7 event at Wolverhampton last time. First Link scored over 7f here recently and is worth another try over today’s longer trip but Jai Hanuman has yet to race over this far after finishing runner-up over 7f at Newcastle. Big Bad Lol will likely be in the mix again but, like Herm, rarely wins so a chance is taken on CLAUDINE. The latter has switched yards after a comeback run at Kempton and could go close back in this lower grade having finished second off a 6lb higher mark on Turf last year.
