In depth

Verdict

Sakada romped home by eight lengths in a maiden on the Polytrack here last time but faces stiffer opposition in this. Strong Challenge had been progressing well before posting a poor effort when stepped up to today's trip in the Vintage Stakes at Goodwood last time. But ESSENAITCH (NAP) fared better in Listed company at Ascot last month when three lengths behind the winner. David Evans' colt should go close with a repeat but Art Collection looks up against it on these terms.
