This seller looks a really good opportunity for OBE GOLD to continue a good run of form leaving Time For Old Time and Noverre To Hide fighting for the places. In addition to being the highest rated in the field by 19lbs but only having to concede a stone to his nearest competitor the selection failed to land a hat-trick on his last start when beaten by a very well treated rival and with no such challenger present this time the gelding should be back in front. Time For Old Time is that nearest rival who makes a belated seasonal bow with terms suggesting he has a bit to find but can at least mount some sort of challenge. He was progressive in three starts last season and could well improve again if race fit. Noverre To Hide could challenge for some minor honours if finding some improvement while Boldinor has at least got some form but a winning run looks out of the question. Possibly a two horse race this but more likely a win for Obe Gold.
