Desite a six pounds penalty for a recent win, VITA MIA is put forward to see off the likes of Wellesley and Fire King. The selection comes from the David Evans yard and was the winner of a decent Folkestone handicap last time out. The filly is a game sort and sure to run her race. Wellesley represents shrewd connections and steps up to ten furlongs after a couple of creditable runs at a mile. Fire King goes back up in trip having produced a career-best effort over it at Folkestone two starts ago. He is exposed as being modest though. Fong's Alibi has won here in the past but is a bit hard to predict and Vita Mia looks a safer proposition.
