Not a strong race by any stretch of the imagination and this looks a good opportunity for Flight Of Esteem who earns the TEAMtalk vote. The Peter Harris-trained colt made a highly encouraging debut when fourth over the course and distance in November and confirmed the merit of that effort when occupying the same position behind a useful yardstick on a return visit earlier in the month. Compton Eclipse hails from a yard that has an excellent record here but this juvenile made no impact when last of four on his debut in a weak Newmarket event in October while Geoffstar has been absent for four months since making an inauspicious start to his racing career at Epsom in August. With the remainder to have raced previously having shwn little newcomer Blue Rondo, who makes some appeal on breeding, wouldn't have to be out of the ordinary to figure and should be noted in the market.
