Verdict

It’s a while since Montys Angel ran on the Flat and he’s changed stables since winning a handicap hurdle at Market Rasen in July. Highway Robbery is getting weight from some very modest performers but Mr Nice Guy attracted significant market support at Chepstow 12 days ago and found only one too good. BANTA BAY won over track and trip in May and has shown signs of a resurgence in his last two runs so can provide Josie Gordon with a welcome winner. Beechwood James has each-way claims again under a 5lb claimer.
