        Level Headed Consistent performer at this level and with trainer in excellent form is one for the short-list.

        Trio Lightly-raced recently and decent effort last time but with yard out of form remains best watched.

        Pythagoras Well beaten recently and despite racing over optimum distance is dismissed.

        Badrinath (IRE) Has been running well in similar company and should put in another consistent effort.

        Billaddie Not disgraced at Salisbury last time but has looked difficult to win with and may find one or two too good again.

        No Mercy Has put up good efforts on all-weather and on turf and looks like a leading contender again today.

        Giko No surprise to form students when finishing third over course and distance last time and looks the one to beat.

        Stitch In Time On best form is the one to beat but is maybe better on all-weather; one for the short-list but others are better value in tricky contest.

        Cedar Flag (IRE) Capable if returning to best but would prefer more cut in the ground and best overlooked.

        Free Kevin Poor performer who is unlikely to trouble the judge.

        Sakamoto Best form at shorter distance and although trainer is in excellent form is overlooked.
