        Verdict

        Bara Lacha hasn't done much wrong in similar company on Turf and makes her debut on the surface. ENTRANCEMENT, a half-sister to two winners, was picked up cheaply and could prove a bargain after an encouraging debut in a big field at Newbury. She gets the nod though Alan King often has a speedy youngster in his yard and Haughty is one to keep an eye on. Swift Lioness is from the first crop of Roaring Lion and her dam has already produced five winners at around this trip.
