        Verdict

        Something was amiss with HIORNE TOWER when eased right off in November but previous runs on artificial surfaces read well in the context of this race. Hopefully the market will reflect stable confidence on this return and he's the one to beat if all is well off a perfectly workable mark as he stays this trip really well. Par Three, yet to convince at this trip, looks nicely treated and could go close if staying, with similar comments applicable to the lightly-weighted Esspeegee. However, Ballyfarsoon looks the main danger. He's also unproven at the trip but James Doyle is an eye-catching booking, he handles quick ground well and will be all the better for his comeback run last April, although there is a slight concern he hasn't been seen since.
