GASSIN, La Gifted and Safari Guide make most appeal and the vote goes to Gassin. Michael Bell has been in decent form this month and Gassin can provide him with another winner. This 3-year-old won well last weekend at Wolverhampton when he got the better of Kersivay in a tight finish. He was good value for the winning margin that day as he idled a bit in the closing stages after being in front for a long way. The visor had a positive effect so it is no surprise to see it applied again here. Hayley Turner is riding very well at present and she can steer him to another victory. Mick Channon sends La Gifted to post and she has to be a contender as she has won her last three races. She is clearly in good heart but she has more on her plate today and she may have to play second fiddle to our selection. Safari Guide ran well over this course and distance back in July but he disappointed at Folkestone last time and the return to this venue will have to spark him back into life if he is to score. Russian Rave should be suited by this drop back to 7f and she does tend to produce her best form on the all-weather. She can go well at a price, but the vote goes to Gassin.
