Verdict

STEEL HELMET never figured on his comeback but won last year’s inaugural running off a similar mark and gets the vote with most of these unproven over the trip. Sweet Nature went close over track and trip last year but has struggled since while Affair won over a shorter distance at Chelmsford before beaten over 2m at Catterick. Arlecchino's Arc can figure if lasting home after finishing runner-up over 1m4f here while Anno Lucis is not the most enthusiastic but looks sure to stay if first-time headgear has the desired effect.
