      Verdict

      Thomas Blossom had to be switched in the closing stages over track and trip a fortnight ago and just failed to catch the winner. He can confirm running with close-up third Amanto on similar terms while Topaling has plenty to find with both of the above. Danglydontask won over 2m1f at Bath in October and could go well off a 3lb higher mark on his reappearance but this can go to ROSE ABOVE. She returned an easy six-length winner over 1m4f at Kempton a week ago and this extra distance should be within her compass on that evidence.
