Verdict
Captain Cat failed to win last year and was well beaten at Chelmsford last time. He has a bit to find with Complicit on collateral form, though the latter finds today's trip short enough nowadays. Grey Mirage was ahead of Capo Ross when landing an All-Weather Championship race over track and trip back in April but has struggled for his best form since returning to action so LAMAR gets a tentative vote in a competitive contest. The Listed winner went close on her latest start over 1m2f at the track and James Tate's mare will appreciate the drop back in distance.
