Gladice ran a nice race at Yarmouth last week and will be fancied to go one better but there are others with more scope in this. One is FLASHING APPROACH, who showed a marked improvement on his second start at Haydock last year and represents a yard in red-hot form. Ryan Moore rides the Johnston colt on his handicap debut. Mon Choix hinted at ability last season and has been gelded so there should be more to come this year but Princesse Animale has been placing in modest company, as has Glitter Queen.
