Verdict

WINTER HOUSE has not raced since making a winning start in the Wood Ditton at Newmarket over a year ago. But a slew of winners came out of that race and the Godolphin colt can start making up for lost time in this company. Dutch Uncle is upped in class on the back of a couple of placed efforts and Hail Clodius makes more appeal with a comeback run at Nottingham under his belt. Slowfoot has been hurdling but was tailed off at Epsom earlier last month while Passover and Firestorm arrive out of sorts. Zand has yet to win in six starts in this country but has slipped down the weights as a consequence.
