COUNTRY ROAD bounced back to form at Wolverhampton last week on his third start after a lay-off. He won with plenty to spare and has a few pounds in hand on today's terms with another recent Wolverhampton winner in Thundering Home. Eagle Nebula is holding his form well and should be thereabouts once again, while the revitalised Daniel Thomas ran another good race over a mile here last time, though he was well beaten on his only previous start over today's distance. Imperial Fong is getting plenty of weight from the others but is too inconsistent to recommend.
