Another competitive sprint and much tougher than the races won by Novellen Lad and Googlette on their latest starts. Elna Bright and Five Star Junior will also need a bit more having found today's opponent Capone too good in similar company over C&D in November and the latter has every chance of following up, but preference goes to OASIS DANCER. He ran out the impressive winner of a conditions sprint at Wolverhampton last month with runner-up Piscean beaten four lengths and Ralph Beckett's charge looks the one to beat on that evidence. Colonel Mak is interesting on his all-weather debut, but may need the outing after three months off.
