It was good to see the old timer Omaha City bounce back to winning form last time and another big run a can be expected, however this may rest between Alafzar and Extra Cover, with the last named taken to land the spoils. Neville Callaghan's charge has contested much better contests since landing a Southwell maiden in July, and drops into selling company for the first time this afternoon. This is probably not his best distance but he should still be good enough under Frankie Dettori to beat this modest bunch. Omaha City got up in the shadows of the post to beat Just Fly in a handicap last time and if in the same mood this afternoon should be battling for at least a place. However Alafzar may be a bigger threat to the selection, on official ratings he does appear to have a stiff task, but he did win well last time, and has some decent form on this track, including a close up fourth in a class D handicap. It could turn into another Fallon-Dettori finish, and on this occasion we think it will be Frankie coming out on top with Extra Cover.
