In depth

Verdict

Always Fearless and Mykonos St John are both previous course and distance winners with the latter having found only one too good twice here recently. Finn Russell returned to the Flat with a win at Wolverhampton 10 days ago but Girl From Italy, who was only beaten a length, is 2lb better off. STORYMAKER is 0-13 but it’s about time George Boughey’s three-year-old was getting her head in front. She hasn’t been beaten far the last twice over 7f and also went close over this trip at Epsom in August.
