    Verdict

Sleepy Haven will strip fitter for his run at Ayr and is gradually slipping towards a winning mark but SEA WALL looks the one to beat. Chris Gordon’s mud-lover has already won three times around here and made a very satisfactory reappearance behind Poppy Kay at Newbury – the winner ran well in better company again on Saturday. Dinsdale should be approaching peak fitness and isn’t badly treated and a similar comment applies to Clayton but Master Work is dropped in distance and raised in class after a well-beaten fourth at Ludlow.
