Cruise Tothelimit and Ghost Train are others that have been thereabouts recently while Keep It Dark was runner-up here last month though never looked like catching Swiss Cross. The admirable veteran DESERT STRIKE has managed just the one success so far this year but that was off a 9lb higher mark. Conor Dore’s charge gets a speculative vote to come good again in this having ran his best race for a while when placed at Wolverhampton recently.
