In depth

Verdict

Plenty with claims in the opener including RIVER DAWN. Paul Cole's charge ran out of steam close home over a mile at Kempton on his return from a lay-off having won over today’s trip at Brighton before that and may have the edge. Global Hope has proved best over 6f so far but Beepeecee scored over track and trip before struggling at Chelmsford. Fancy Flyer also won here in August but is 8lb higher while Bombastic may need further and Broughtons Flare makes more appeal over today’s distance.
