        Verdict

        BATTLEMENT will likely prove popular in this. She failed to land the odds on her racecourse debut over 7f at Wolverhampton last month when runner-up to Magical Path but can go one better with Ryan Moore picking up the reins. Taraabut cost £130,000 as a yearling and is a newcomer to keep an eye on but the remainder have yet to threaten. Prospectus, Scarlet Pimpernel and Topalova all finished closer on their respective debuts than they did last time while Mary Beale quickly faded out of contention in the closing stages of her recent introduction at Wolverhampton.
