HAZZARD COUNTY is well clear on official ratings as he takes a drop in class. He hasn't won for over a year now but his placed efforts in competitive handicaps over the winter is the best form on offer and David Simcock's charge should get a good tow round from the consistent Hinton Admiral. The latter likes to race prominently and, though he has plenty to find with the selection on today's terms, he makes more appeal than the remaining pair who both arrive badly out of sorts.
