Napoletano may be able to grab a share of the spoils again but the lion's share can go to SENDRENI whilst it will be interesting to see how Motivated Choice gets on. The latter is an unexposed filly who landed a Windsor maiden on her third start before shaping quite well in a six furlong course handicap in November. She has left Luca Cumani since then but could provide her new connections with some fun over the winter. Napoletano doesn't win very often on the all-weather but he was running consistently well at the end of last year and he should be there or thereabouts once again. Blue Charm may be held now but Divertimenti's winning turn may not be too far away judged by recent efforts but the claims of Sendreni appeal more. Michael Wigham's runner has been a model of consistency since returning from a mid-summer break and, although the handicapper has had his say, looks capable of achieving further success. A negative is that his races have all been at Dunstall Park but it's worth taking the chance that Sendreni can reproduce his best around this circuit.
