Shade Cozy, Small Stakes and Sahara Silk are three against the field in a competitive opener and the narrow vote is given to Shade Cozy. The selection was a fair second behind Tarttartafata last time out, that bform has since been franked and with the return to this longer trip also in his favour he will be hard to beat despite top weight. Small Stakes rates the main danger as he won well last time when beating Make My Dream but he has a penalty for that win and this looks tougher and he will need to improve again to score. Sahara Silk is another worthy of respect on his latest third behind Night Prospector but he has yet to win on this surface and is taken on win with this in mind. Of the remainder Taboor is from a yard in form and could go well at a price but for the winner we return to Shade Cozy.
