BAYSTON HILL has a fine record around here and returned to winning ways with a battling victory at Nottingham last month. He's only 1lb higher than his victory here in May and will take some beating. Pink Phantom made a successful handicap debut over the trip at Chelmsford then didn't stay the extended 1m3f on soft ground at Bath so has to be respected. Ruby Gates had no problems seeing off Pact Of Steel at Wolverhampton then found stepping up in trip against here at Kempton while Echo Cove, who has been racing in better company on Turf, makes his all-weather debut.
