NAWAMEES and Boot 'n Toot join What's Up Doc on the shortlist and we will side with the veteran. Not many horses know more about winning bad races than the selection. Gary Moore's ten-year-old has won seven claimers in his career and whilst all of his wins have come over further, given a strong pace here he could prove hard to beat. He hasn't tried this shorter trip in the UK before but he travels well in his races and should cope fine. Boot 'n Toot is best-treated at the weights today but this former Charles Cyzer inmate has to bounce back from an abject reappearance. Whilst that run will have brought him on, he still has more than enough to prove. What's Up Doc is the third horse in the line-up who is rated in the 70's and he needs respect. He holds some fair form over in Ireland and should be monitored for market support. My Mirasol has an excellent record on the all-weather and he is the only other fly to throw into the ointment as the others all look to be making up the numbers. Nawamees it is then who receives the vote.
