This looks between the two at the bottom of the weights. Standing Strong scored over 1m2f here during the week and carries a penalty as he attempts to reverse earlier running over track and trip with CABUCHON. The latter has since been beaten over 2m but David Evans' charge can come out best once again back over today's distance. Akdam has scored over hurdles since finishing third on the Polytrack in December and makes more appeal than Wolverhampton winner My Lord, who has been well beaten subsequently. Rowan Ridge went close at Kempton last month but Thecornishcowboy remains out of form.
