Not the strongest of races and it looks an ideal opportunity for Sian Thomas to lose her maiden tag, Garrigon and Blue Hills should chase her home. Marcus Tregoning's filly put in her best performance to date when chasing home Turn 'n Burn over course and distance on Saturday. The fact that she returns to the track so quickly suggests she is at the top of her game and the hint should be taken. Blue Hills put in a diabolical effort last time, but his previous runs here, and at Wolverhampton were of a decent standard and he could be a major threat to the selection. As could Garrigon who drops back to maiden company after finishing just six lengths behind The Violin Player here last time. The others have a fair bit to prove and so, in a race that will not take too much winning, Sian Thomas is a confident choice
