KATE APPLEBY SHOES is a dual bumper and hurdles winner with a Grade 3 over timber to her credit. She was never travelling in a Punchestown handicap on her final start in April but has a fine pedigree for chasing and can return to winning ways. Whistle Dixie had some strong form in maiden hurdle company then took on much better class without showing much. She was in front when falling on her chasing debut at Fairyhouse though that was over a year ago. Ask Susan pulled up behind the selection over hurdles here in March but has shown potential in her two runs over fences and will enjoy the conditions. Freeway Space won a point last month but was beaten a long way into third on her chasing bow at Fairyhouse but West Bridge looks as though she may be a better chaser than hurdler judged on a reasonable debut at Clonmel.
