Killer Miller has a very long absence to overcome but is one to note when sent chasing. The remaining quartet are all promising types though the mare SALSARETTA (NAP) gets all the allowances and looks the one to beat. She made all for a facile victory over 2m at Sligo in May and a Grade 1 entry over this trip suggests she's held in high regard. She gets 3lb from the surprise Gowran winner Inca Gold and 7lb from Not Many Left, a 10-length winner at Navan in January but returning from a long break. Felix Desjy easily won a Galway maiden in October but has disappointed in better company at Navan in her next two starts.
Felix Desjy (FR) 5-1 (11-2) Held up behind leaders in 6th, jumped left and slight mistake at 5th, slow next, ridden and no impression from 3 out, never a factor, 5th of 8, 3 1/2l behind Easy Game (11-1) at Navan 2m 4f (1) gd in Nov.
Killer Miller (IRE) 20-1 (10-10) Held up, soon towards rear, fell 9th, at Leopardstown 3m Yielding in Dec.
Not Many Left (IRE) 7-1 (11-12) Chased leaders, 3rd from 3rd, on terms from 3 out, gained narrow lead approaching straight, headed approaching last, no extra and one pace after, 2nd of 9, 8l behind Pravalaguna (11-5) at Punchestown 2m 4f Yielding in Apr.
Inca Gold (IRE) 25-1 (11-2) Disputed lead, slight mistake 6th, narrow leader and slight mistake 2 out, stayed on well run-in, won at Gowran Park 2m gd in Nov beating Entoucas (11-2) by 1l, 12 ran.
Salsaretta (FR) 1-12fav (11-7) Made all, not fluent 3 out, extended advantage from next, easily, won at Sligo 2m mdn Yielding in May beating Ar Eagla Na Heagla (10-13) by 6 1/2l, 8 ran.
